Put on your skeleton cowboy hat and dive into this game world where the Wild West meets the fires of Hell! In this game, you play as a cowboy stuck in purgatory as he blasts his way through procedurally generated levels where every shot counts and the slightest error might spell your end. With gameplay that combines exploration, strategy, and a little bit of luck, you'll need to tread carefully while emptying your arsenal into some fearsome enemies.

Be warned! Once the first level is out of the way, things get very tough, very quickly, and you'll encounter monsters that can turn you into dust in just a couple of blows. As the shots fly, the enemies are as agile as a raging feline! But never fear, the progression curve is a rewarding one, with upgrades that make subsequent levels all the more exciting.

We liked the combination of cel-shaded graphics and the soundtrack reminiscent of the great Spaghetti Westerns. Every kill is a real spectacle, enhanced by slow-mo that makes you feel like the hero in your very own cult movie. The enemies that lurk in the shadows and the deadly traps along the way will keep you on your toes, turning every level into a real hunting ground. And there's nothing quite as satisfying as landing the perfect shot while dodging a deadly blow!

Our favourite part? The narration, of course, provided by a voice that will awaken your inner cowboy (thank you, Ron Perlman!). The memories that you collect bring some emotional depth to your quest, even though it might sometimes feel like the plot is playing hide-and-seek. That said, it does make the experience all the more rewarding. Who would have thought that digging around in a graveyard could be so poetic?

Our tip to help you on your way? Use the environment to your advantage. The levels often contain destructible object and obstacles. Use them as cover as hordes of enemies close in for the kill. Shooting barrels of explosives, for example, will let you take out several enemies at once, and you can use walls to block attacks and reposition. Another essential skill is learning to master your dodges. The dodge button lets you swerve bullets and quickly move to another position. Lastly, never be too scared to run away and reformulate your plan if you need to: survival is all that counts!

Who will enjoy this game? This game is for adults and younger adventurers aged 16+ who are ready to have a blast while beating a real challenge. If you like roguelikes , intense combat, and cowboy stories, then you're in for an exciting and disturbing ride. And remember your hat: you'll be needing it!
