Catch hundreds of tinykin and use their unique powers to bring Milo back to his home planet and back to normal size!

What if an entire civilisation of miniature creatures was just waiting for you to help them achieve great things? Tinykin plunges you into a human-scale world... seen through the eyes of a miniature human. An enchanting platform and adventure game bursting with charm, humour and ingenuity, developed by Splashteam.

Tinykin - tinyBuild - The tiny creatures that move mountains

You play as Milo, a space explorer who lands on Earth after a very long absence and discovers to his astonishment that he is... tiny. Stranded at the scale of an insect in an apparently abandoned house, he finds it populated by Tinykins: small, colourful creatures each with a unique power. Some push objects, others explode, others build ladders. Milo must recruit hundreds of these little allies, explore each room as though it were an entire world and find a way home.

We loved: The inventiveness and generosity of the level design. Every room in the house is a self-contained level teeming with secret nooks, objects to push, structures to assemble and Tinykins to track down. Exploration is rewarded at every turn, and the freedom of movement thanks to the soap bar that lets you surf across surfaces, gives the whole experience a fluidity and lightness that is an absolute joy.

We liked: The ever-present humour and the gentleness of the world. The Tinykins each have their own personality, the house's miniature inhabitants have hilariously mundane concerns and the whole world seems to have a life of its own. Tinykin never takes itself seriously, and that is precisely why it is irresistible.

Our highlight: The feeling of collective power. Commanding an army of Tinykins to shift a massive object, build a bridge or trigger a chain of cascading actions delivers deep and immediate satisfaction. Watching hundreds of tiny creatures spring into action at your command never loses its charm, from the first level to the last.

Our tip to help you: Explore every corner thoroughly before moving on to the next level. Some Tinykins are hidden in hard-to-reach spots and your maximum count determines your ability to shift the heaviest objects. The soap bar for surfing is your best friend for reaching high areas: look for smooth surfaces and launch yourself. And make sure to talk to every character you meet: they often give valuable hints about the location of objectives.

Who is this game for?
Tinykin is suitable for all players aged 3 and over, from young children to adults nostalgic for great platform games. Its medium difficulty makes it accessible to everyone, while its richness and depth will satisfy even the most demanding explorers. With 8 hours of gameplay in 10 to 30-minute sessions, it is a perfect experience for the whole family.
