You can't help but be fascinated by the creatures you are tasked with taking out. It's a bit like an interactive horror film where you're always walking on a razor's edge. And while violence might be omnipresent, the game's unique aesthetic means that you're immersed in a world the likes of which you've never seen before.

Our tip to help you on your way? Don't just rush headlong into battle! The greatest pitfall would be to think you're invincible. The Citadel rewards players who take the time to observe the environment and plan their approach. Take a few seconds to analyse the terrain, earmark ammo caches, and prepare to attack. And if you can't stand gore? Never fear: the game has an option to turn off the blood, perfect for gamers who want to focus on the action without the intense visual effects.
