Skylar & Plux: Adventure On Clover Island

Set off on an adventure filled with action… and fun! Collect items, free your friends, and explore a paradise island! Your mission? To protect Clover Island from an evil artificial intelligence. Adventure on Clover Island is a vibrant homage to 3D-platformer classics like Crash Bandicoot and the fantastic Banjo-Kazooie!

An active volcano, snowcapped mountains, an arid desert, and verdant plains: Clover Island has got it all.

And then some! This little piece of floating paradise might just be the perfect holiday destination for fans of platform games… if not for the fact that it is threatened with destruction! A poorly programmed AI, known as CRT, plans on wiping out the island and all of its inhabitants along with it!

To pull off its evil plan, CRT has created an arsenal of weaponry with varying degrees of lethality. Their number includes a certain Skylar: a bionic cat that has escaped from the evil AI’s labs! Finding yourself lost in a semi-open world full of colour and surprises, you’ll be relieved to meet your new best friend: Plux! Plux is a bird that probably talks too much, but who can always lighten the mood when things go wrong.

Your mission is clear: to stop CRT by dishing out a real beating. But before you can do that, you’ll need to track it down all the way up there, in its space station!

Skylar & Plux: Adventure on Clover Island is a 3D adventure-platformer developed by Right Nice Games. In no small way inspired by the classics of the genre, like Crash Bandicoot, this fun-filled game is perfect for gamers of any level, and suitable for the whole family! The gameplay is… child’s play… and consists mainly of jumping, double jumping, and gliding for a few seconds as you make your way from platform to platform.

With a few minutes’ practice, you’ll soon be able to cross yawning chasms and make it past the deadly traps laid by CRT and its henchmen.

Better yet, you can also unlock three special powers: a jetpack, the ability to slow time, and a powerful magnet that you can use to move heavy items around! Over the course of your adventure, be sure to free the spherical little creatures you find locked in cages. To do so, you’ll need to collect as many orange crystals as you can find throughout the game’s levels!

If you bring these cute little beasties back to the village, you’ll be rewarded with an upgrade to your life bar. And you can travel across the map at your leisure, using the cleverly placed teleporters. Paradise at last!
