Little League World Series Baseball 2022 captures the spirit of this annual event, and lets gamers experience the excitement of the LLWS from the comfort of their sofa.

This, then, is definitely a game that's designed for young baseball fans. Adults looking for realistic simulations can keep on walking. It's an easy game to pick up and play, and its cartoon graphics designed for the Switch are great to look at.

While adults might complain that it's too slow, the kids will feel a sense of achievement when they pull off curveballs and home runs (it just takes a bit of practice)!

In Career mode, you can choose your team and work your way through the competition. There's also a Quick Game mode, for if you'd rather just get straight down to baseball. You can play in local multiplayer tournaments with up to three friends, which brings a social aspect to the game. What's more, every player can customise their team's appearance, equipment, and playstyle.

We liked the special skills like Slow Time and Bat Tank that can affect the outcome of the game.

Our advice? Collect the stickers of your favourite batters to earn bonuses that make your team even stronger.
