Step aboard a fantastic adventure! Enjoy amazing match-three gameplay and discover one of the most astonishing worlds ever imagined. While traveling from Liverpool to New York, your ship was pulled down into a massive maelstrom. You woke up in a place that may never have been gazed upon by the eyes of men. Your goal is to ascend from the center of the Earth and find your way back to civilization.

Azkend 2: The World Beneath is a connection puzzle game that takes you on a journey through an underground world. To move forward, connect adjacent symbols to clear them, charge powers and open the way to the next stage.

Longer chains score more and help activate useful abilities. The Story mode presents a journey divided into stages, while additional modes invite you to survive as long as possible or chase a high score. Boards are easy to read, but obstacles make the order of your matches important.

We loved: The immediate satisfaction of long chains. The rules are accessible, yet every larger connection still feels rewarding.

We liked: The special powers. They add a little strategy to a match-3 foundation without slowing the pace.

Our favorite part: The underground journey. The settings give the progression a sense of direction and keep the boards from feeling disconnected.

Our tip to help you: Look for long connections before playing short ones. Use powers to clear obstacles or extend a chain, not only to gain a few points. In timed modes, favor clear and reliable moves over constantly searching for a perfect match.
